- 10 year olds can request to "play up" into Majors baseball and are assigned based on assessment.
- 9 year olds may be assigned to Rookies based on assessment

NOTE: This program will accept registrations from players who turned 9 during this calendar year (Since 1/1/21). This is for players requiring more time to develop basic baseball skills prior to participating in Minors baseball.
